Connect ChatGPT With Bloom via MCP

Bloom's MCP integration securely connects ChatGPT to your store's live profitability data. ChatGPT analyzes that data through natural-language questions, so you can investigate performance, compare results, and understand what drives or reduces profit in plain English rather than building reports manually.

How to connect

Go to the Integrations page in Bloom and click "Connect" on the ChatGPT card. You will be directed to your ChatGPT account. Add the Bloom plugin to finish the setup.

Note: Only Admins and the account owner can connect to ChatGPT. To give your team access to the ChatGPT MCP, grant them Admin access.

How to use it

Once connected, type your questions in plain English. ChatGPT reads your live Bloom data and answers directly.

Connect Claude With Bloom via MCP

Bloom's MCP integration connects Claude to your store's Bloom data. Claude analyzes that data through natural-language questions, so you can explore performance trends, compare metrics, and investigate what is driving or reducing profit in plain English rather than building reports manually.

How to connect

Go to the Integrations page in Bloom and click " Open Claude AI ." This takes you straight to Claude, where you can connect Bloom via connectors.

Note: Only Admins and the account owner can connect to Claude. To give your team access to the Claude MCP, grant them Admin access.

Once connected, ask Claude questions in plain English. Claude reads your Bloom data and answers directly, so you can explore performance trends, compare metrics, and investigate what is driving or reducing profit.
