๐Ÿ“Š Country Gross Profit

Focuses on absolute profit figures by country, helping you identify which markets contribute the most (and least) to your bottom line in real currency terms, before any marketing costs.

๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Country Segmentation

Bloom automatically sorts countries into five segments based on revenue and margin performance, so you can quickly prioritize where to focus.

Segment
What It Means

๐Ÿš€ Scale

High revenue + high margin. Scale means a country with both high revenue and high margin - these are your strongest markets, so the priority is protecting them and growing volume further without letting margin slip.

๐Ÿ”ง Fix Costs

High revenue + low margin. Fix Costs โ€“ High revenue but low margin; sales are strong, but costs are cutting into profit, so the priority is trimming costs before chasing more revenue.

๐Ÿ’Ž Invest

Good margin + low volume. Invest โ€“ Good margin but low volume, each order is profitable, but the market isn't scaled yet, making it a strong candidate for marketing or growth investment.

โš ๏ธ Review

Losing money per order. Review โ€“ Losing money per order, every sale currently costs the business money, so it needs an urgent investigation into pricing, shipping, or product costs.

๐Ÿ‘๏ธ Watch

Low volume + okay margin. Watch โ€“ Low volume with okay margin, not a current priority, but worth monitoring for signs of improvement or decline.

Each segment card shows the number of countries in that category and the combined profit (CM2) generated for the selected period.

โš™๏ธ Margin Threshold: Set a margin percentage in the top-right corner of the page. Bloom uses this as the benchmark to classify countries into segments - any country falling below the threshold will not qualify.

๐Ÿ’ก Insights

Bloom automatically surfaces plain language insights so you can spot risks and opportunities at a glance, without digging through the table.

  • โš ๏ธ Revenue concentration risk: Flags when a few countries account for a disproportionately large share of total revenue, highlighting over-dependence on a small number of markets.

  • ๐Ÿ“‰ Margin decline: Identifies countries where profit margin has dropped significantly vs. the previous period, prompting investigation into cost or pricing changes.

  • ๐Ÿš€ Fast growth: Highlights countries with strong revenue growth vs. the previous period, helping you recognize emerging markets early.

  • ๐Ÿ† Best profit per order: Identifies the country generating the highest average profit per order, showing where your most efficient sales are coming from.

๐Ÿ“Š Charts

Revenue vs Profit by Country

A side-by-side bar chart comparing Revenue and Profit (CM2) per country, ordered from highest to lowest revenue. The gap between the two bars shows how much revenue is being absorbed by costs; a wider gap signals a country where costs are significantly impacting profitability.

Where Is The Money Going?
