Navigating the Integrations Page
You can navigate to the Bloom integrations page like this:
Click on “Integrations” in the left panel in your Bloom app.
Scroll through the list of current integrations, presented as cards and placed under relevant categories like “Shipping”, “Marketing”, and “Subscription”.
Each integration card has these details:
Logo: Quickly identify the app by viewing its logo.
Description: Brief Information about the integration, like capabilities, purpose, etc.
Status: Confirms if the app is “Connected” or “Not Connected” to Bloom for easy status marking.
Steps to Integrate Apps
Setting up your integrations is a straightforward process:
Choose the app you want to integrate by clicking on its card. You’ll get an enlarged view (modal window) of the card.
In the modal window, click on “Connect”.
You’ll be taken through an authentication process. Enter the necessary credentials to log into the app. Accept permissions requests to let bloom access the app data.
After successful authentication, Bloom syncs data with the third-party app, which can take between a few minutes to hours depending on data volume.
You can modify or disconnect integrated apps as required with Bloom’s intuitive controls, with options to reconnect and update integration settings as well.
